White cabbage fritters with millet recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | millet |
500 ml | vegetable stock |
¼ head(s) | white cabbage |
1 tbsp | Tahini, to taste |
2 tbsp | soy sauce, to taste |
Instructions
Bring the millet with the vegetable stock to a boil, then turn off the heat but leave the pot on the hotplate to soak for 20 minutes.Finely grate the white cabbage and mix with the millet. Season to taste with tahini and soy sauce.
Form fritters out of the mixture and grill on a greased rack from both sides for approximately 10 minutes.
