White almond truffles recipe details
Ingredients
100 g | single cream |
60 g | butter |
350 g | white couverture |
100 g | almond slivers, roasted |
10 ml | Grand Marnier |
2 | oranges, grated peel |
To glaze: | |

Instructions
Melt the single cream with the butter and the couverture in a bain-marie and stir until well combined. Stir in the freshly roasted almond slivers and refine with Grand Marnier and orange peel. Set aside in a cool place.As soon as the mixture is cooled lightly and pliable, form small balls and coat them with melted white couverture.
Transfer on a wire rack and allow to cool completely. Keep in the fridge until serving.
