240 ml | whiskey |
100 g | brown sugar |
200 ml | ketchup |
1 tbsp | Worcestershire sauce |
60 ml | cider vinegar |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
3 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
½ tsp | dry mustard |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until heated through.In case the sauce is too thick, add more whiskey or some water.
For a non-alcoholic version, use apple cider instead of whiskey.
