Chili powder recipe details
Make your own special blend of pain or pleasure. I make my own Chili powder to add an extra special original flavor to my chili. I tend to add many more types of dried chili peppers to the mix, last time I used 6 types – whatever the store has at the time. Also you may want to put saran wrap over the carafe before putting the top on and blending as if any of this fine dust gets in the air it will feel like you’ve been pepper sprayed (trust me on this one).
