Ingredients

4 medium eggs
240 ml olive oil
130 g sugar
120 ml freshly brewed coffee, cooled
30 ml whiskey
500 ml honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
350 g flour
1 tsp baking soda
3 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Combine eggs, oil, sugar, whiskey, coffee, honey, and vanilla in a bowl and beat for 2-3 minutes.

Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt and beat to combine.

Grease a 38 x 28 cm square pan and pour the mixture in the pan.

Baked for 70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the cake.
