Whiskey cake recipe details
Ingredients
4 medium | eggs |
240 ml | olive oil |
130 g | sugar |
120 ml | freshly brewed coffee, cooled |
30 ml | whiskey |
500 ml | honey |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
350 g | flour |
1 tsp | baking soda |
3 tsp | baking powder |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Combine eggs, oil, sugar, whiskey, coffee, honey, and vanilla in a bowl and beat for 2-3 minutes.
Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt and beat to combine.
Grease a 38 x 28 cm square pan and pour the mixture in the pan.
Baked for 70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the cake.
