Ingredients
200 g | watermelon, seeded, cubed |
80 ml | canola oil |
60 ml | vinegar |
1 small | red onion, chopped |
2 tbsp | honey |
2 tbsp | fresh basil, chopped |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth, about 30 seconds. Refrigerate before use.Preparation time:
