Watermelon and Feta Salad recipe

|750 g||watermelon, seedless|
|200 g||Feta cheese, 2 cm cubes|
|20||olives, Kalamata, pitted and finely sliced|
|12 leaves||mint, finely sliced|
|2 stalks||celery, finely sliced|
|2 tbsp||vinegar, red wine|
|2 tbsp||olive oil, extra virgin|
|some||black pepper, freshly grounded|
Remove the rind from the watermelon and cut the flesh into bite-sized pieces.
Arrange on a platter and scatter with the olives, mint and celery.
Combine vinegar and olive oil and drizzle over the salad. Season to taste with pepper.
