Watercress tortilla recipe details
Ingredients
2 small | flour tortillas |
2 handful | watercress, roughly chopped |
2 tsp | mayonnaise |
200 g | chicken breast, cooked and sliced |
2 medium | tomatoes, diced |
½ small | red onion, chopped |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
Coat the tortillas on one side with mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Fill with watercress, chicken, tomato and onion.Roll up tightly and cut the tortillas in half.
