Ingredients
2 bunch(es) | watercress |
150 ml | sour cream |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
1 pinch(es) | freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
Put all the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Season to taste.
Warm everything up in a pan and serve over cooked white fish or serve it cold.
