Ingredients
4 slice(s) | white soft bread |
1 bunch(es) | watercress |
2 tbsp | mayonnaise |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
Trim crust off bread and then butter each slice.Wash watercress and chop very finely. Add mayonnaise and seasoning to watercress and mix thoroughly.
Spread watercress mixture on two slices of the bread, and top with remaining slices. Cut sandwiches in half and serve.
