Watercress Salad with Smoked Salmon recipe

|200 g||smoked salmon|
|2 tbsp||kecap manis|
|1 tsp||ginger, fresh, finely grated|
|1 tsp||sesame oil|
|1 tsp||balsamic vinegar|
|80 g||watercress sprigs|
|4||red radishes, finely sliced|
|1 tbsp||sesame seeds, roasted|
Put kecap manis, ginger, oil and vinegar in a bowl and stir to combine.
Place the salmon on a plate and top with the watercress and radish.
Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
