Ingredients

400 ml vegetable stock
300 g broccoli florets, frozen
300 g ham
4  spring onions
215 g corn, canned
250 g pasta, e.g. Farfalle
For the dressing:
150 ml vegetable stock
2 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp olive oil
sugar
salt and pepper
2 tbsp chives, chopped

Instructions

Bring the vegetable stock to the boil. Add in the still frozen broccoli florets, bring to the boil again and simmer until done, but still a bit firm to the bite. Drain in a sieve and collect 150 ml of the vegetable stock.

Dice the ham. Slice the spring onions. Drain the corn. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Rinse with hot water and drain.

For the sauce, heat the vegetable stock, stir in the vinegar and the oil and season to taste with sugar, salt and pepper.

Combine the pasta with the broccoli, ham, spring onions and corn. Pour the hot dressing over, mix carefully and allow to steep shortly.

Serve the salad still warm and sprinkled with chives.
