Broccoli in sour cream sauce recipe details
Ingredients
800 g | broccoli, in florets |
2 tbsp | butter |
2 tbsp | onion, finely chopped |
2 tsp | sugar |
1 tsp | vinegar |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
300 g | sour cream |
4 tsp | almond flakes |
Instructions
In a saucepan, cook the broccoli in slightly salted water until done, but still a bit firm to the bite.In a separate pan, melt butter and sauté the onions until soft. Slowly stir in the sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar.
Place the broccoli onto a warmed serving plate, pour over the sauce and sprinkle with almond flakes.
