Warm chicken salad recipe details
An awesome quick and delicious meal for a warm summer day. The dressing really makes this dish come to life!

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 18 chicken tenderloins
- 1/2 cup sweet soy sauce
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 heaping teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 heaping teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 pound sour cream
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 1 1/2 heads lettuce, washed and dried
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 10 mins | Extra time: 2 hours, marinating1. Combine chicken, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, and half of the sweet chili sauce in a plastic resealable bag. Marinate in fridge for at least 2 hours.
2. To make the dressing, combine sour cream, honey, mustard and the remaining sweet chili sauce in a bowl. Stir and chill.
3. Heat grill to Medium and lightly oil grate.
4. Grill chicken about 3 minutes on each side, until it has a lovely caramelized color.
5. Serve chicken over lettuce and drizzle with creamy dressing. Serve.
