Walnut sauce recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | roasted walnuts |
125 ml | olive oil |
125 ml | vegetable oil |
100 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
1 medium | zucchini, sliced |
1 small | onion, chopped |
2 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
1 tbsp | oregano, chopped or 2 tbsp. dried |
1 tbsp | chervil, chopped or 2tbsp dried |
1 clove(s) | garlic |
½ tsp | salt |
¼ tsp | pepper, ground |
Instructions
Parboil the zucchini for 3 minutes, drain. In an electric blender mix all ingredients until smooth.Pour this mixture into a sauce pan and heat to just below the boiling point.
Serve over your choice of spaghetti.
