Walnut and banana bread recipe details
Ingredients
150 g | walnuts, chopped |
75 g | chocolate, chopped |
3 | ripe bananas, sliced |
2 medium | eggs |
100 g | sugar |
75 ml | oil |
½ pack(s) | baking powder |
250 g | flour |
1 dash(es) | salt |
1 dash(es) | cinnamon |
150 ml | milk |
1 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
icing sugar |
Instructions
Whisk the eggs with sugar and oil until creamy. Sift in the baking powder, flour, salt and the cinnamon. Stir in the milk and the vanilla sugar. Fold in 100 g of the nuts, the chocolate and the bananas.Preheat the oven to 150°C. Butter a cake form and sprinkle with sugar. Pour in the dough. Sprinkle with the remaining nuts. Bake for 1 hour. Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the form and allow to cool completely.
Serve dusted with icing sugar.
