Vinaigrette with Radishes and Smoked Salmon recipe

Ingredients
4 | radishes, chopped |
¼ bunch(es) | chives, chopped |
6 tbsp | apple vinegar |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
1 tsp | mustard |
1 tbsp | honey |
6 tbsp | oil |
200 g | smoked salmon, chopped |
Instructions
In a bowl mix the radishes with chives, honey, mustard, vinegar and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fold in the smoked salmon.
Serve the vinaigrette with cooked asparagus.
