|¼ bunch(es)||chives, chopped|
|6 tbsp||apple vinegar|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|200 g||smoked salmon, chopped|
In a bowl mix the radishes with chives, honey, mustard, vinegar and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fold in the smoked salmon.
Serve the vinaigrette with cooked asparagus.
