Verdura marinata recipe details
Ingredients
1 | red bell pepper |
green bell pepper | |
yellow bell pepper | |
2 | eggplants |
2 | zucchini |
some | olive oil |
some | sea salt |
some | pepper |
Instructions
Cut the pepper in quarters and remove the seeds. Cut the eggplants and zucchini in slices approx 5mm thick.Put them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with little oil and roast in oven at 200°C for approximately 30 minutes. Let them cool down a little and then remove the skin from the pepper (the skin cannot be digested and makes the vegetable slightly bitter.)
Decorate the vegetables on a plate, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with olive oil.
