Serves: 6- 5 pounds ground venison
- 1 to 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 to 1/2 pound bleu cheese
- 2 cups bread or cracker crumbs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Canola oil, for frying
Preparation method
