Ingredients

1 large onion
3 bulb(s) garlic
white pepper
black pepper
½ tbsp flour diluted with adequate water
½ tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp mustard sauce
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp milk
salt, to taste

Instructions

Saute onions and garlic in butter until brown and aromatic. Add in white and black pepper. Stir in the diluted flour, slowly.

Add soy sauce, mustard sauce, milk and then balsamic vinegar. Add salt to taste. Adjust consistency as per liking.
