Rob's juicilicious chicken breasts recipe details
I love chicken. But, when it comes to the boneless skinless breast, all I can think of is a tasteless piece of shoe leather! This is a no fail recipe that delivers juicy chicken breasts every time. I take mine topped with bacon and cheese when the wife’s not around. Pardon the sloppy grills marks…I was hungry!
Ready in: 1 hour 25 mins
Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 cup Kens(R) Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
- 4 strips cooked bacon, cut in half (optional)
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese (optional)
- 4 skinless/boneless chicken breasts
- Hot sauce, to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 20 mins | Extra time: 1 hour, marinating1. Pour salad dressing into a large resealable bag and add hot sauce to taste. Mix well. Add the chicken and marinate for at least an hour in the fridge. More time equals more flavor.
2. Cook the bacon (if desired) and set aside.
3. Start your charcoal grill 30 minutes prior to the desired cooking time. If you are using gas (YUCK), fire her up 10 minutes before the desired cooking time.
