Vegetarian homemade special ragu recipe details
Ingredients
4 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
2 | onions, chopped |
3 | tin tomatoes, chopped |
1 glass(es) | red wine |
1 tbsp | paprika paste |
1 tbsp | tomato ketchup |
3 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tbsp | chicken stock granules |
2 tsp | black pepper |
1 tbsp | oregano |
2 tsp | mint |
1 handful | fresh basil leaves |
Instructions
Put olive oil in large saucepan, add chopped garlic and onions, saute lightly.Stir, add tin chopped tomatoes and all the rest of the ingredients. Stir, then simmer for 30 minutes maximum.
You will have a thick, beautiful ragu sauce to use over pasta or fish or meat dishes if you wish.
