Vegetables and pork interiyaki sauce recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | rice, cooked |
250 g | lean pork, cut in 2cm cubes |
1 | red bell pepper, diced |
1 | carrot, diced |
4 | spring onions, sliced |

curry powder | |
4 tbsp | teriyaki sauce |
150 g | corn, canned |
3 tbsp | kidney beans, canned |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 | onion, chopped |
chili powder | |
2 tbsp | oil |
Instructions
Marinate the pork in teriyaki sauce for 2 hours. In a wok, stir-fry the meat in oil until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the wok, set aside and keep warm.Add all the vegetables to the wok and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Season with pepper, curry and chili powder. Stir in the pork and the cooked rice and season to taste with teriyaki sauce.
Cook stirring until thoroughly hot, then serve immediately.
