Vegetable stew with minced meat and sauerkraut recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | potatoes |
2 | onions, chopped |
1 | red bell pepper, diced |
1 | green bell pepper, diced |
salt and pepper | |
1 tsp | dried marjoram |
500 g | minced meat, pork and beef |
4 tbsp | oil |
2 tsp | paprika powder |
250 g | sauerkraut |
125 ml | beef stock |
Instructions
Cook the potatoes in salted water until soft.Fry the minced meat in oil until crumbly. Add the onions and the bell peppers and stir-fry until lucent. Season with paprika and stir in the sauerkraut. Deglaze with the stock. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
Drain and peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Fold the potatoes in the mince stew. Adjust the seasoning and serve.
