Vegetable puree recipe details
Ingredients
230 g | carrots, peeled and sliced |
230 g | swede, peeled and sliced |
230 g | potatoes, peeled and sliced |
20 g | butter |
150 ml | milk |
Instructions
Simmer the vegetables in boiling water for about 30 minutes or until soft. Drain well.Mash the vegetables with a fork and mix with the butter and milk.
Reheat and season to taste. Serve hot.
