Ingredients

1 large zucchini
1 piece(s) yellow pepper
1 medium onion
3 clove(s) garlic
100 g bacon bits
500 g ricotta cheese
150 g creme fraīche or sour cream
2  eggs
salt
pepper
paprika
rosmary
nutmeg
oregano
20 g Parmesan cheese, grated
chili, to taste
8 leaves filo-pastry
some oilspray

Instructions

Cut all the vegetables in small cubes. Cut the onion into slices, chop the garlic.

Heat some oil and fry onion and garlic. Add the bacon bits and the vegetables and fry till slightly soft. Season to taste. Let it cool down.

Mix the cooled vegetable with the Ricotta, the creme fraiche and the eggs.

Spray a pie dish with some oil spray and line it with the filo-pastry. Each leaf of filo has to be sprayed too, or brushed with melted butter.

Form an edge on the sides with the overhang by rolling the pastry inside and pressing it lightly to the pie dish edge.

Pour in the filling and bake at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes until brown.
