Vanilla bows recipe details
Ingredients
150 g | butter, softened |
75 g | sugar |
200 g | flour, sifted |
70 g | ground almonds |
30 g | ground hazelnuts |
2 piece(s) | vanilla pods, seeds only |
2 tbsp | water |
50 g | icing sugar |
tbsp | vanilla sugar |
Instructions
You need a baking tray with bow shaped moulds. Preheat oven to 175°C.Knead together butter, sugar, flour, almonds, hazelnuts, vanilla seeds and water until well combined. With a dough scraper fill the dough in the moulds of the baking form. If necessary correct with your fingers. Bake for 12 minutes.
Mix vanilla sugar with icing sugar and sieve. After baking remove the biscuits immediately from the baking form and roll them carefully in the sugar. Let cool on a wire rack.
