Turkish style minced beef recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | small pasta of your choice |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
600 g | minced beef |
1 | onion, chopped |
2 | zucchini, grated |
200 g | plain yoghurt |
200 g | sour cream |
1 clove(s) | garlic |
1 sprig(s) | mint, finely chopped |
salt | |
Aleppo pepper, Turkish pul biber |
Instructions
Mix yoghurt, sour cream, garlic and mint. Season to taste with salt and Aleppo pepper. Put in the refrigerator.In a saucepan, heat the oil and fry the minced beef and onion until the meat is browned and crumbly. Add the grated courgettes and cook for some more minutes. Season to taste with salt and Aleppo pepper.
Cook the pasta until al dente. Drain the cooked pasta.
To serve:
Divide the pasta among bowls and spoon the meat over the pasta. Garnish with a dollop of the yoghurt sauce. Place the remaining yoghurt sauce on the table for individual use.
