Turkey with coconut sauce recipe details
Ingredients
15 g | ginger, grated |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 small | chili, sliced |
2 tbsp | oil |
500 g | turkey breast, sliced |
1 tsp | turmeric |
300 g | tomato, peeld and diced |
50 g | coconut cream |
1 | bay leaf |
1 | cardamom seed |
1 piece(s) | lime rind |
salt |
Instructions
In a wok, heat the oil. Add the ginger, garlic and chili and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the meat and the turmeric and cook for 4-5 minutes.Add the tomatoes, coconut cream, bay leaf, cardamom, lime rind and salt. Bring almost to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove the bay leaf, lemon rind and cardamom and serve with rice.
