Turkey stuffing with oysters recipe details
Ingredients
230 g | butter |
200 g | onion, minced |
800 g | oysters, drained and chopped |
handful | parsley, chopped |
90 g | celery, finely chopped |
700 g | small bread crumbs |
2 medium | eggs, beaten |
some | salt and pepper to taste |
some | poultry seasoning, see databse |
Instructions
Melt butter in skillet and add onion and celery. Sauté for 5 minutes.Then add oysters, poultry seasoning, parsley and salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Finally add remaining ingredients and beaten eggs. Combine well.
