Turkey roll recipe details
Ingredients
125 g | turkey escalope |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
paprika powder | |
2 slice(s) | ham |
1 tsp | thyme, chopped |
1 tsp | oil |
1 small | onion, sliced |
150 ml | vegetable stock |
Instructions
Flatten the escalope. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Top with the ham and the thyme.Roll up the escalope and tighten up with kitchen yarn or toothpicks.
In a pan heat the oil. Fry the onion and the turkey roll for 4-5 minutes. Pour in the stock and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
