Turkey breast with wild rice recipe details
Ingredients
2 kg | boneless turkey breast |
600 g | wild rice, cooked |
2 medium | onions, chopped |
120 g | dried cranberrries |
30 g | almonds, slivered |
2 medium | cooking apples, unpeeled, chopped |
Instructions
Mix all ingredients, except the turkey, in a large bowl.Place turkey breast in a slow cooker/crockpot and arrange rice mixture around the turkey.
Cover and cook on Low setting for 8 to 9 hours.
