Tuna with peas and hard cooked eggs recipe details
Ingredients1. Tuna, drained and flaked (1 can about 7 ounces)
2. cooked frozen peas (10 ounce package about 1 ½ to 2 cups)
3. milk (1 ¼ cups)
4. salt (1/4 tsp)
5. all purpose flour (3 tbsp)
6. butter (3 tbsp)
7. cooked, sliced eggs (2 hard)
8. toast (buttered)
Method of preparation
1. Take a saucepan of medium size; place it over medium low heat. Melt butter in it and add flour and salt in it. Melt flour well and then take off the pan from heat.
2. Slowly add milk in it and again place the pan on heat and cook it by stirring regularly until the mixture gets thicken. Now turn down the heat to low and again cook it for about 2 minutes by stirring regularly. Add drained and cooked tuna and peas into the sauce and heat it.
3. Now take off the pan from heat, spread tuna mixture over toast and decorate it with slices of hard cooked eggs and then serve it.
