Tuna mayonnaise recipe details
Ingredients
10 can(s) | tuna, drained |
½ bunch(es) | parsley, chopped |
1 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
2 | egg yolks |
1 tsp | mustard |
¼ l | olive oil |
½ | lemon, juice |
1 tsp | capers |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
In a blender, combine the tuna, parsley and the capers. Process until smooth. Add the egg yolks and the mustard and stepwise add the olive oil, while processing. Mix until thick, smooth and creamy.Transfer into a bowl and season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Serve e.g. with hard boiled eggs or as a spread on toast with green salad or use as a dressing for pasta salad or shrimp salad.
