Tuna fish balls recipe details
Ingredients
800 g | potaotes, peeled, cooked, mashed |
200 g | tuna fish, canned |
1 small | onion, chopped |
3 medium | eggs, separated |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
oil, for frying |
Instructions
Cook potatoes until tender and mash with a fork. Mix together potatoes, tuna fish and egg yolks. Season with salt and pepper.Beat egg whites until still and then add to mixture. Make into balls and fry in hot oil.
