Tuna and egg wraps recipe details
Ingredients
2 | boiled eggs, peeled and chopped |
1 can(s) | tuna, drained |
2 tbsp | capers |
½ head(s) | lettuce, leaves separated |
1 | red bell pepper, cleaned and sliced |
3 tbsp | mayonnaise |
salt and pepper | |
4 | flour tortillas |
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the tuna with egg, capers and the mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and pepper.Place the tortillas one after the other into a pan and heat, turning the tortillas once, until hot and soft.
Spread the tortillas with the tuna mixture. Top with lettuce and bell pepper strips. Roll up and serve immediately.
