Ingredients
750 g | chicken breast, sliced |
200 g | mushrooms, sliced |
salt and pepper | |
250 ml | single cream |
3 | egg yolks |
8 cl | sherry |
1 small | truffle, sliced |
50 g | butter |
Instructions
In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the chicken and mushrooms and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until the meat is done.Mix together the cream, egg yolk, sherry and season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the chicken and let steep over low heat for some minutes, but do not allow to boil.
Sprinkle with the truffle slices and serve with pasta.
