Tropical pancakes recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts
These pancakes are very light; they are always a hit with our guests.
Whisk eggs and sour cream; add to dry ingredients. Place large spoonful on hot griddle and cook until bubbly and able to turn. Turn and cook on other side until lightly browned. Serve topped with sliced apple bananas, toasted coconut, and macadamia butter. Serve with passion fruit syrup.
