Ingredients
500 ml | elderberry juice |
3 | bananas, peeled and diced |
2 | kiwi, peeled and diced |
1 dash(es) | lemon juice |
500 g | jam sugar |
Instructions
In a saucepan, mix together the bananas, kiwi, lemon juice, elderberry juice and the sugar. Bring to a boil over low heat. Purée with a hand blender, then bring to the boil again and cook for 3-4 minutes.Ladle the jam into sterilized jars and seal.
