Tortilla with bacon recipe details
Ingredients
1 small | onion, sliced |
2 medium | eggs |
200 g | potatoes, peeled and sliced |
2 slice(s) | bacon, diced |
1 tbsp | freshly grated Manchego cheese or Cheddar cheese |
1 tbsp | chives, chopped |
2 tbsp | vegetable oil |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a bowl whisk the eggs until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.In a pan heat the oil and fry the bacon until golden. Add the potatoes and onions and fry for 6 minutes, tossing frequently. Season with pepper.
Pour the eggs over the potatoes. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for 8-10 minutes. Turn around, sprinkle with the cheese and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with chives.
