Ingredients

400 g	Tortellini
60 g	herb butter
120 g	grated cheese (Cheddar or Gouda)
3 tbsp	single cream
	salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Cook the tortellini in salted water until al dente. Drain. Cook the tortellini in salted water until done. Drain.

In a saucepan, mix the tortellini with herb butter, cream and cheese. Stir over medium heat until the cheese and butter are melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve immediately.
