Tortellini in tomato sauce au gratin recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | Tortellini |
200 ml | tomato sauce |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
2 slice(s) | cheese |
200 ml | single cream |
100 g | grated cheese (Cheddar or Gouda) |
some | butter |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
Cook the tortellini in salted water until done. Drain. Preheat the oven to 225°C.In a saucepan, heat the butter and cook the tortellini and the garlic over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
Transfer the tortellini into a casserole and cover with the cheese slices. Pour over the tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over the single cream and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Bake for 20-30 minutes.
