Ingredients

800 g	cherry tomatoes
	For the Dressing:
115 g	blue cheese, crumbled
120 ml	buttermilk
2 tbsp	olive oil
2 tbsp	fresh lemon juice
1 bunch(es)	fresh chives, minced
	salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Instructions

To prepare the dressing:
Combine the blue cheese, buttermilk, and olive oil in a medium bowl and stir. Use a fork to mash to break up the cheese. Season with the lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chives. Set aside.

To prepare the dish:
Wash the tomatoes and pat dry. Slice each tomato in half lengthwise and season with salt and pepper.

Add the tomatoes to the dressing mixture and toss gently to combine.
