Tomato Salsa with Balsamic Vinegar recipe

Ingredients
250 g | cherry tomatoes, sliced |
1 large | red chilli, finely chopped |
1 small | onion, finely chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, finely chopped |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tbsp | fresh lemon juice |
1 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
1 tbsp | parsley, finely chopped |
some | salt |
some | freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
Whisk oil, lemon juice, vinegar and parsley.Combine tomatoes, chilli, onion, garlic and mix well with the vinaigrette. Season to taste.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Note: For a spicy salsa add 1 small red chilli, deseeded and chopped. Leave the seeds in for more heat.
