Ingredients

6 large	tomatoes, cut into slices
1 small	red onion(s)
120 g	Feta cheese, crumbled
50 g	olives, pitted
60 ml	extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp	balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp	fresh parsley, chopped
	salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Arrange tomatoes on a large round plate. Top with onion slices adn drizzle oil and vinegar over. Season with salt and pepper. Let stand at room temperature for about 34 minutes. Finally sprinkle cheese, olives and parsley over salad and serve.
