Ingredients
1 packet(s) | ready rolled Puff pastry for a pie dish |
6 medium | tomatoes |
300 g | ricotta cheese |
salt | |
pepper | |
oregano | |
nutmeg | |
rosmary | |
3 tsp | Parmesan cheese, grated |
1 piece(s) | lemon, grated skin |
Instructions
Spray a pie dish with oil spray and line it with the puff pastry.
Prick it with a fork. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Mix the ricotta with the seasoning, Parmesan and the lemon rind.
Fill this into the pastry lines dish and decorate with the tomatoes. Sprinkle with some Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 200°C for approximately 30 minutes until lightly coloured.
