Tomato florentine soup recipe details
- Ingredients:
- One 28-ounce can chunky crushed tomatoes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large clove garlic, chopped
- 1 box frozen spinach,
- 1 cup diced green bell pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Defrosted frozen spinash and minced in blender or food processor, set aside.
Saute onions and garlic until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until it smells so good you can’t wait any more. Add salt and pepper to taste.
