Ingredients
400 ml | coconut milk |
200 ml | water |
280 g | tomatoes, diced |
150 ml | tomato paste |
2 tbsp | cumin, ground |
2 tbsp | garam masala |
1 tbsp | mustard seed |
120 ml | sour cream |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat on low heat. Cook, whilst stirring until heated through.Preparation time:
