|100 g||cottage cheese|
|6 tbsp||plain yoghurt|
|1 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste|
InstructionsQuickly dip tomatoes into a pot of boiling water and then into a pot of cold water. Peel and halve the tomatoes. Roughly chop into small pieces.
Combine cottage cheese, yogurt and minced garlic clove into a bowl and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir in chopped tomatoes.
