Ingredients
6 | ripe tomatoes |
100 g | cottage cheese |
6 tbsp | plain yoghurt |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Quickly dip tomatoes into a pot of boiling water and then into a pot of cold water. Peel and halve the tomatoes. Roughly chop into small pieces.Combine cottage cheese, yogurt and minced garlic clove into a bowl and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir in chopped tomatoes.
