Ingredients

green chillies, to taste |

Instructions
Wash the tomatoes, and cut them in to small pieces. Combine chillies and tomato pieces in a blender and process until smooth.Wash and boil the potatoes. Peel them and cut into cubes. Set aside.
Heat the oil in a pan and after the oil has warmed up, add coriander powder and the turmeric powder.
Add the tomato-chilli paste, salt, and fresh coriander. Stir well and leave to simmer on medium flame.
After about 5 minutes add the cubed potatoes, stir to coat well with the paste and leave to simmer for another 8-12 minutes.
